These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Casa Solaro online store, operated by Casa Solaro.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Casa Solaro website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
Article 3 – The Offer
We strive to provide accurate and complete product descriptions. All images and product information are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to display settings or product updates.
All offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Article 4 – The Agreement
An agreement is formed once an order is placed and confirmed via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.
Article 5 – Pricing
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Article 6 – Payment
Payments must be completed at the time of purchase through the available payment methods. Transactions are processed securely.
Article 7 – Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on the destination. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer, but will not exceed 30 days.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or is delayed significantly, the customer will be notified and offered a suitable solution.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of delivery.

Article 9 – Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Additional processing time may apply depending on the payment provider.
Article 10 – Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Article 11 – Liability
Casa Solaro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products.
Total liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
Article 12 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted via email within a reasonable time after the issue is identified. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Article 13 – Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in The Netherlands.
Article 14 – Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier serves as proof of delivery and fulfillment.
