Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to Casa Solaro Home, operated by Casa Solaro.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned with all included accessories

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@casasolarohome.com with your order details. Our team will provide return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@casasolarohome.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Items Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
