Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on the destination.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@casasolarohome.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier will serve as proof of delivery.
